WES PTO May Day 2025 

 

Please join us for a fun-filled afternoon with games, prizes, treats and excitement for the entire family! This PTO-sponsored event will take place behind WES from 12:30pm to 3:00pm on Friday, May 16th.

Wristbands (which include unlimited games, two drinks, and three snacks) can be pre-purchased for your child in advance for $12.00 per wristband here, or for $15 from the Ticket Booth on the day of the event. * Wristbands are only for children, and not necessary for adults * Younger siblings and AM Kindergarten students are welcome to attend, but they must be accompanied by an adult. If you are volunteering or attending and want to bring your preschool aged children with you, purchase wristbands in advance with your WES student's order or at the ticket book on the day of the event. Please ensure your middle or high school students are aware that they are not permitted on the WES campus during the event.

    ​Each wristband purchased helps to fund our event expenses, and we greatly appreciate your support of this much-loved WES tradition!

If scholarship is needed, please reach out to your child's teacher or Janine Berstein and a complimentary wristband will be provided.

There are many opportunities to join in the fun by volunteering! Our greatest need is help running the games (*must have clearances*). In addition to game volunteers, we also need equipment and food donations (such as tents, coolers, and ice). This is a beloved tradition, and we cannot make it happen without your support. Thank you for helping to make this special event a success!
