Language Teachers

French - Clem Perry-Briffeuil
Bonjour tout le monde! My name is Clem. I was born and raised in Namur, Belgium, and later lived in Brussels while attending college. I have been living in Pennsylvania for almost 8 years, and I am excited to share my love of the French language and the many cultures that speak it! I have a slightly unusual teaching background. For many years, I taught circus arts (trapeze, hula hoop, juggling...) to children ages 5–15, and I love finding ways to make learning active, playful, and engaging. In French class, we will sing, play games, move, and explore the language through fun. I want students to feel comfortable understanding simple, everyday situations in French. I hope to give them the confidence to be curious, take chances, and feel brave enough to introduce themselves, talk about who they are, and share the things they like in French. All levels are welcome!

Mandarin - Yue Zhou
ä½ å¥½, everyone! I am Yue Zhou, and I can't wait to be your Mandarin club teacher! It has been an honor sharing the beauty of Chinese language and culture at WES for over a decade. Our club is all about making memories, playing games, and listening to stories. Get ready to explore a whole new world together - I am so excited to meet you all!

Spanish - Luz Marina Rendon-Hepler
